MR BIG is a Windows / personal AI assistant project. The research problem is not chat. It is local capability: voice, system control, and future automation — without pretending the system is finished.

What this is not
MR BIG is not a published consumer product, not a claimed enterprise deployment, and not a facility tour. It is a Lab project under active investigation.
Why it matters
Assistants that only generate text are abundant. Assistants that act on a personal machine, under the operator’s authority, fail in specific, documentable ways. The Lab studies those failures.
