Recovery completed after a 73% failure
In the Agent Rescue / WebMCP work, an AI job failed at 73% under an HTTP 429 condition. The failure was identified. An alternate provider was selected. Human approval was required. The run resumed from preserved progress and completed.
This is published because it is specific. It is not a benchmark leaderboard and not a claim about all agents.
